Ohunjon Madaliyev Nusratovich was born on May 21, 1963, in the Yangiarab village of the Oltiariq district in Fergana region, into a family of carpenters. After completing his secondary education in 1980, he enrolled in the Faculty of Music at Fergana State Pedagogical Institute in 1981. He successfully graduated from the institute in 1985 and began his teaching career as a singing instructor at Secondary School No. 26 in Oltiariq district.

Subsequently, he continued his professional journey at the Vocational Technical School and later became a soloist at the Fergana State Philharmonic, where he actively contributed to the musical landscape.
